Website and service use

Use of this website and purchase of Giezwa Pierre Enterprises services are subject to these terms and the service description shown at purchase. Customers must provide accurate information, use GPE services lawfully, and may not misuse GPE systems, content, accounts, or intellectual property.

Service scope and delivery

Each purchase covers only the deliverables and scope described for the selected service at the time of purchase. GPE may use specialized AI agents, automation, research tools, and human review to perform work. Delivery timing may vary with scope, customer responsiveness, required access, complexity, and quality-control needs.

Payments

Prices displayed at checkout are charged in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment must be successfully confirmed before paid work, paid consultation, or paid access begins. Stripe payment confirmation controls whether an order is treated as paid.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate requirements, lawful source materials, timely approvals or access when required, and authority to use submitted assets. Customers should not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, private access tokens, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary forms or email.

AI-assisted services

GPE uses AI-assisted research, production, automation, and operational workflows. AI output may require human review, correction, or additional context. GPE does not represent AI output as infallible or as a substitute for licensed professional advice when such advice is required.

No guaranteed results

Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, GPE does not guarantee revenue, rankings, audience growth, sales, funding, media placement, platform approval, investment returns, or other specific outcomes. Results depend on factors outside GPE control.

Founder consultation

Standalone Founder Consultation is 15 minutes and costs $10,000. Stripe-confirmed payment is required before standalone scheduling. Separately, a client with a Stripe-confirmed GPE purchase of $5,000 or more may receive one optional 15-minute Founder consultation when genuinely needed within that paid-service relationship. Eligibility does not make a consultation automatically owed.

Intellectual property

Customers retain ownership of materials they lawfully provide, subject to rights reasonably needed for GPE to perform the purchased service. Final deliverable ownership and license rights follow the service-specific terms presented at purchase or a signed agreement. GPE retains its pre-existing systems, workflows, methods, internal tools, agent architecture, automation logic, trademarks, and reusable components unless expressly transferred in writing.

Third-party services

GPE services may depend on third-party platforms, software, APIs, social networks, payment processors, hosting providers, or other services. GPE does not control third-party availability, policy changes, approvals, outages, suspensions, rankings, algorithm changes, fees, or account decisions.

Suspension and refusal

GPE may refuse or suspend service when reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, unlawful activity, abuse, nonpayment, or material breach, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

Liability and disputes

Any limitation of liability, governing-law provision, venue provision, arbitration requirement, or class-action waiver must be stated in the final legally reviewed terms applicable at the time of purchase. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
