Professional digital services
GPE provides customized digital services, AI-assisted production, research, strategy, creative work, and operational deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and applicable law.
After substantive work begins
Once substantive work has begun or a digital deliverable has been substantially produced, fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or where GPE expressly approves otherwise. Requests are reviewed individually. No AI agent is authorized to promise or issue a refund without approved authority.
Before production
A cancellation request submitted before substantive work begins may be reviewed based on the purchased service, payment state, scheduling commitments, incurred costs, and applicable law. A request is not approved merely because it has been submitted.
Founder Consultation
Eligible Founder consultations are scheduled only after eligibility or payment is verified and the client selects an available time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Missed appointments and repeated rescheduling may require a new booking or separate review, subject to the final terms in effect and applicable law.

Existing clients should submit a request through client support and select the billing-review issue type. Do not send payment-card information through the form.
