Information collected
GPE may collect information you provide directly, including name, business name, email, website, service requirements, communications, submitted files, purchase information, and project context. GPE may also receive transaction and technical information from providers such as Stripe, email, analytics, hosting, automation, and connected business tools.
How information is used
Information may be used to process purchases, onboard customers, deliver services, communicate about projects, schedule eligible meetings, provide support, detect fraud or abuse, comply with law, maintain records, analyze operations, and improve GPE services.
Payments
Payment processing is handled through Stripe. GPE website forms are not intended to collect payment-card details.
Service providers
GPE may use third-party providers for payments, email, cloud storage, hosting, analytics, AI, automation, scheduling, and other operational functions. Providers may process information as needed to perform their services.
Cookies and analytics
The public website may use essential cookies and, if enabled, analytics or similar technologies to understand performance and improve user experience. Any non-essential tracking added before launch should be disclosed and handled according to applicable consent requirements.
Communications and opt-out
GPE may send transactional messages related to purchases, onboarding, delivery, support, scheduling, revisions, and customer success. Recipients may request that prospecting outreach stop. Transactional messages necessary to fulfill an existing customer relationship may still be sent as appropriate.
Security
GPE uses operational controls designed to protect business and customer information, including access controls, role boundaries, payment-provider separation, and restricted handling of sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and users should not submit high-risk secrets through ordinary website forms.
Privacy rights
Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights where required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, contractual, or operational reasons. Identity verification may be required before processing a request.
